  • Susan K Hudson , DVM, Owner

    Dr. Susan K. Hudson graduated from Salisbury State College, (now Salisbury University), in 1978 with a B.S. degree in Biology and Chemistry. She then attended the University of Georgia School of Veterinary Medicine and received her D.V.M.degree in 1982. Dr. Hudson joined the staff at Salisbury Animal Hospital after graduation, and is now the owner of the practice.

    She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and surgery, especially pediatrics, geriatrics, oncology, and renal disease. She has a strong interest in Feline medicine, and in promoting good health for her patients. She also has a strong appreciation of the bonds and love between pets and their humans.

    Dr. Hudson lives in Ocean City, Md. with her family. She enjoys teaching her cats new tricks, walking on the beach with her Labrador, beachcombing and metal detecting the beaches, reading mystery novels, and collecting local ghost stories.

    Technician

    Heather Wingate has been with the practice since 2002. She studied veterinary technology for veterinary technicians at Penn Foster College. She is a certified Pet Nutrition Consultant and also a Certified Purina Weight Coach. She enjoys hunting, fishing, excersising, weightlifing,spending time with her two daughters, husband, one dog and two cats.
